Acclario IT is proud to announce that two of its team members, Services Strategy Manager Rachel Albrecht and Project Manager Hailey Abraham, have been named finalists in the 2025 ARN Women in ICT Awards (WIICTA).
The ARN Women in ICT Awards is the largest celebration of female achievement in the technology industry across Australia. This year, 184 finalists were selected from over 102 organisations and more than 300 nominations, spanning partner, telco, vendor, and distributor businesses.
“ARN congratulates Rachel Albrecht and Hailey Abraham on becoming finalists in their respective categories,” said ARN editor Julia Talevski. “Once again, the bar has been raised by countless examples of inspirational women leading the way in technology — we are proud and privileged to be celebrating each and every one of them.”
Innovation Award
Rachel Albrecht has delivered significant business value through her hands-on approach to solution development. Notably, she built a comprehensive shareholder application for GHD, managing the entire project from gathering requirements to delivering the final product after user acceptance testing. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Rachel developed an innovative visitor management system using Power Apps, enhancing data privacy and governance. She also worked extensively with a construction company to replace a third-party forms platform with a Microsoft-based solution, significantly improving operational efficiency across various departments.
Rising Star
Hailey Abraham has demonstrated exceptional project management skills, successfully completing a complex salary calculation solution project on time and within budget. She played a crucial role in transitioning Acclario IT from Smartsheets to a new project management system, handling the change management aspects and ensuring smooth adoption across the team. Hailey’s leadership extends beyond her project management duties, as she actively engages in volunteer work and brings opportunities for community service to the organisation.
“At Acclario IT, we’re incredibly proud of our team, and having two of our talented staff nominated for the Women in IT Awards is a testament to their exceptional skills and dedication,” said Dr Peter Birbeck, CEO of Acclario IT. “This recognition highlights our commitment to fostering an inclusive environment where innovation thrives, and we’re excited to see their contributions celebrated on such a prestigious stage.”
Rachel Albrecht and Hailey Abraham exemplify the values and excellence that Acclario IT strives for. Their recognition as finalists in the WIICTA is a testament to their hard work, innovation, and leadership in the technology sector.
We look forward to celebrating their achievements and wish them the best of luck in the final selection process.
