Level 3 – Planning

Level 4 – Implementing

Your organisation has developed and is implementing a vision that supports NDIS purpose and goals with strategies for service delivery that reflects modern practices and meets customer expectations.

Level 5 – NDIS Ready

Your organisation has flexible and agile operation and marketing strategy to manage changes in the market and respond to individual needs of participants.
