A message from the CEO
Getting with COVID-19 Crisis.
Date: 23 March, 2020
As the COVID-19 outbreak continues to develop, it is imperative that we put in place measures to ensure that the risks to our employees and customers are carefully managed. The health and well-being of our employees and our customers is our number one priority.
While work travel and major events are postponed, we are actively deploying other ways to make technological progress even during these uncertain times. We are moving to virtual and digital platforms where possible and assisting our customers in doing the same. We have a business continuity plan in place and existing technology that allows us to work remotely, which will ensure that we are able to meet your needs and our normal operations continue.
If our customers need assistance with their technology, for example, the setting up of remote teams and systems, we can help them move to a virtual platform and remain connected, as well as guide them when it comes to their business continuity plan.
We have a team dedicated to managing your requests during this difficult time, and they’re available to you to answer any questions you have about the effects that COVID-19 may have on your business. Please know you have support from us during this time.
Like you, we want life to return to a level of normality as soon as possible. Until then, we’re here to support you and your business.
Be safe and well.
